Our prediction at R2 investments is that Toronto Housing market is going to go through a major correction in 2017 and 2018. As typical with any other major market correction, during the initial stages investors are delusional and live in a denial stage until the reality sets in. Investors need to drop the concept of buying a house or a condo (or invest in such projects e.g., syndicated mortgages or equity) for next 2-3 years and look elsewhere for returns.
